Have a little faith in me.

I really don’t understand why birth control is such a huge deal in politics right now. I thought we, as a society, were past that. 

Sex is a natural part of life. Having sex just for the purpose of procreating is unrealistic, even from a religious standpoint. If God wanted us to only have sex to have children, why would our bodies be designed to make sex pleasurable? We are the only animals, with the exception of dolphins, who have sex for enjoyment, not just to pop out some babies. If God created us, which I believe he did, couldn’t he have just made it so sex wasn’t particularly enjoyable? Like walking. You do it because it serves a purpose, not because it feels awesome. 

Birth control should be easily accessible and affordable for all women. Safe-sex should be a human right, not a political debate.
